Family Cruise to Bermuda.
Loved the Escape. Loved the food.
Service needs help - especially in the dining room and specialty dinners. Went to Cagney's and didn't get food for 1.5 hours after we sat down. Tables around us were already eating desert by the time we got our dinner. Manhattan dining room needs help with service as well. Took over 30 minutes to get desert after dinner.
