This was my first Princess cruise, and it will not be my last. I liked the itinerary and decided to branch out and try a new cruise line. Certainly not disappointed. The cruise was fabulous, the staff and crew were great. The food was delicious, better than some other cruise lines.
Wheelchair embarkation and disembarkation was well organized and done with ease.
The bar to be at is Piazza Bar, deck 5. A fast paced bar, but well run bar. Always friendly and eager to serve. The Dining staff were terrific. My cabin attendant was outstanding.
There were many choices of entertainment, all great. The spectacular shows were spectacular. The only downside, the veranda cabin was the smallest I have ever had. But, dealable. I would certainly go on this ship again. The decor and cleanliness of the ship was superior. Loved the ease of traveling from Southampton, used the ship's transfers. They were well organized and on the look out for their clients throughout the airport.
Smaller than I am accustomed to.
Great way to see the city. Very easy to use, good value for the money. As this is my second time to Dublin, this was a more relaxing tour to see the city again.View All undefined undefined Reviews
Bought the White Star Experience tour. This gives you a walking tour with a guide and then entrance to the Titanic Memorial and SS Nomadic. Great experience. Pre-book tickets and save time. Also purchase the audio unit for the museum part.View All 20 Titanic Memorial Reviews
Took an independent tour with DiscoverScotlandtours. Our guide and driver Dell was fabulous. He was knowledgeable and has a great sense of history and humor. It was a full day tour, we saw Loch Lomond, Loch Ness, the Trossachs, Stirling Castle and much, much more. Well worth the money. Look them up. Hope you get Dell.
Took an independent tour with Abs.taxi. Abs was excellent, he was a great guide and driver. We saw the Cliffs, the Italian chapel, the Standing Stones of Stenness, Ring of Brodgar, Skara Brae, and the town of Kirkwell. Really a great day. If going, arrange a tour with Abs.

Got the bus at the end of the street from the Castle. Very easy to get and use, worth the money spent. Has audio about the sights.View All 43 City Tour Reviews
Get there early, it gets crowded and crowded quickly. Tough walking. Go up the stairs immediately to your left after the second archway. This brings you up to the Crown Jewels and Royal Apartments quickly. Everyone else works their way up, you start at the top and work your way down. Do get the audio unit, it is worth the nominal fee. Wear good walking shoes, and have a jacket it gets windy up there. Great experience.View All 37 Edinburgh Castle Reviews
Really interesting, and they give you an audio unit with you ticket. The Queen does not allow interior pictures, only exterior. Well worth the visit, lovely palace. Took the hop on hop off bus from the castle to the Palace to save time and my walking.View All 8 Holyrood Palace Reviews

Fabulous tour with Scenicmarineexcursion with Gwen. She knows her history and speaks perfect English. This was a tour of 8 people, which allowed us to beat the buses to the sights. We saw the landings, gun batteries, 3 cemeteries, and much, much more. Well worth the money. Was there the day before the 74th Anniversary, very moving experience.View All 75 D-Day Beaches Reviews
