Loyal to Royal Caribbean but standards are not as good as our first cruise.

We have been on 6 cruises with Royal Caribbean and there has been a drop in service and quality since our first cruise. We have just returned from a 14 night Mediterranean cruise May 2018 and despite having a great holiday there has been a drop in standards.

Room attendants seem uninterested since tipping became automatic so no need to show any interest in you or their work. Staff in general are friendly and will do anything to help.

Food in the main dining room is very good as is the service. The food is the windjammer is buffet style and despite a wide choice the food is warm at best. Buffet breakfast in the main dining room is also cold/warm.

Cabin 3V

We always get balcony or suite cabins but we chose an inside for this cruise and never again. Very claustrophobic and no natural light. I would definately advise a balcony or sea view room.
