This is my 15th cruise, never been badly treated like this by customer service.... HAVE YOUR CRUISE INVOICE PRINTED EVERY DAY because of daily mistakes and since you cant see the credits on the app or in your cabin (you only see the charges), you have no idea of your balance (balance is NOT SHOWN NOWHERE ! Come on) The whole cruise there are rules, on the tender it took 2h to be back on the ship, badly organized, they seat you like sardines on 4 tenders instead of using 8 of the 10 tenders they have... They order you around like you're in boarding school, veryyyy rude... Dont tender from this ship unless you buy an excursion ! Same plain omelette every day for breakfast, food is horrible for a cruise that pricey... Inernational food? Yeah right, there are 2 OPTIONS of intl food every day, Norwegian or Royal Car cruise line frequent cruisers like me would have a stomach ache just looking at those 2 OPTIONS with squid in them almost every day... Daily soup also has squid or calamari in it, its nice once, but NOT EVERY DAY ! Casino is closed when docked, which is normal, but if you ask at what time it will re-open you get the answer like if you're bothering them... Cruise director never seen nowhere and is never doing announcements .... No bingo, no games, no laughs... You feel like getting off the ship? They will charge you 25euros for a 8min shuttle bus to Reykjavik ! You want to go 2 days in a row on that shuttle, price is 35euros.... Dont leave a cup or a glass in your cabin every day, cause thdn the stewart will start to threaten to charge you for cleaning up the room! Threats ! Unbelievable! Then you go complain at guest service and you get the same look on that agent's face : She or he doesnt believe you, you're the one who's wring and please shut up and go away ! I had a bug on my internet service that was charging me 27euros twice a day for more MB that I wasnt buying, until THE END of the cruise they ssis I was buying it and I didnt press the BUY button once! OUR SYSTEMS SHOW YOU ARE BUYING IT... I didnt of course but they eill argue you until your nose bleeds.... STAY AWAY FROM THAT SHIP AND ITS HORRIBLE GUEST SERVICE AND FOOD, only the waiters are nice, PERIOD.

Rules, rules, rules, miserable customer service, hospital food !
