My wife and I told took trip for my Birthday,,, loved Alaska just an amazing place..... Sailing on the Ruby Princess was good but an older ship....Cabins were clean (great showers ) but a little dated....Dinning food in main dinning rooms was very good and that includes the service...the buffet was just ok and the service there was under par waited for drinks seemed liked they could of tried a little harder...... Bar service was very good ( thanks to Ron ) when sailing on the Ruby need to look for him.......Entertainment was good and the activities....Ports were great could use more time in KETCHIKAN ,,,,Excursions were $$$ but that's why you make this trips...... Only major disappointment was in Skagway our Train trip to Whitehorse pass the train broke 8 miles into trip waited two hours for other trains to pass then we went back down to Station something I really wanted to do...but was fully refunded by the cruise line .....Over all a great trip ...Had great weather too..... Alaska I give a 10 OUT OF 10.... Ruby Princess 7 out of 10...........
