Arrived in Amsterdam 2 days early to explore the city and see the gardens. Embarkation was terrible, woman "assisting" the queue was rude and not helpful. Ship was clean, crew very accommodating, ports were great, food was "cruise food" average. Chops restaurant was not good, 4 out of 5 steaks were well done instead of medium rare. Ice cream station was pathetic at best! Disappointed there were no lectures on anything other than shore excursions for purchase. A favorite spot was at Park snacks in the solarium. Very pleasant area for people watching and a great sandwich & salad for lunch. We were blessed with perfect weather, 14 days of sunshine and extremely calm seas. Also had several helicopter visits, that were handled very professionally and hopefully successful for all involved. My pet peeve was at disembarkation. The cruise director should know that facing forward on the ship the left hand side is port, not starboard!!!
