Not so good dining experience. At the American Icon Restautant, The waiter & assistant waiter were not sensitive to our concerns. The windjammer is always crowded, even tables with signs for handicapped were used by people who were obviously not handicapped but staff looked the other way. We witnessed this staff insensitivity frequently. Not a favorable sight for a ship that says “ROYAL”.

The communication or lack of it was very very poor during tendering at coco cay. Lines were extremely long while waiting for the tender boats to bring passengers to coco cay & vice versa. Crew & passengers were terribly frustrated.

I personally did not go to the Solarium but my family reported that there were young children there. Not sure what the age group is allowed in Solarium.
