The grand mother recommended the cruise with Royal Caribbean. The good food was great the staff where friendly the room attendant was great the waiter in the dinning room was great. The bad 2 broken hot tubs, Broken ice cream machine, unwashed windows, and rust abounding on the exterior of the ship. Now the Ugly I dropped my children off at the teen center on the ship for a "in room scavenger hunt" as described in the teen flyer. I come to find out it was a all over the ship scavenger hunt how easy at 10 pm. at night would it be for teen to be abducted and raped and thrown overboard? Brought the issue to guest services it was never addressed!!!!!!! More ugly RC claimed a port of call at coco cay which I hear from others frequently is cancelled so they flat out lied and offered no other port of call. Last of the ugly Shore excursions were great but very short not a good value.
