Please make sure your are making the right decision when booking this cruise line. Worst experience I have ever had with a cruise line. Go Carnival or Royal, do not go Norwegian. They are very unorganized and cater to their workers not the customer.When it was time to board it took over 2 1/2 hours and people were passing out in line because it took so long, I felt so sorry for the older folks because they were exhausted by time they got to the ticket booth, they didn't offer water or nothing..

Then on the ship, It took at least 20 minutes every time I would go up to the lounge and get a drink. Needless to say the drink special was included free and now I understand why because you couldn't get one and if you did you would wait an extremely long time. The elevators were slowwwwwwwwwwwww, and I mean slow. One positive note is when we were embarked and off the ship its was great.

Very very disappointed with Norwegian, I have cruised with Carnival 10 times and all were excellent cruises, we decided to try Norwegian because a friend told us about the specials so needless to say I wish we would had stuck with Carnival. I had a balcony and it had a huge metal wall around it, totally sucked.
