Service is incredibly slow - from bars to the specialty dining. At times I wanted to get up and leave my table or jump over the bar and serve myself.

Meals that should have taken 1.5 hours at most took over 3 hours. Even then, food came out cold or improperly cooked. The descriptions of the meals in the menus is not what was served, specifically in La Cucina (Italian). By far the worst experience on the trip.

The bartenders only seem to serve who is yelling in their face. They take their sweet time making every drink. No way would they be hired as a bartender at an actual bar. They would never make any tips! Bartenders are also demeaning. They make fun of drink orders but not in a joking way. Read more
