Everything about this cruise was great! Embarkation and disembarkation were easy and quick. The ship as well as my cabin were clean and user friendly. Cagney’s Steakhouse was awesome! I did not care for the food or service at Teppanyaki. Loved Jimmy and the Parrots and Bud Anderson! The Legends show was great too! Service was good. On two separate occasions during the morning and midday, the wait staff by the pool were not attentive at all. My housekeeper, Cinada (not sure of spelling), went above and beyond. She was great! Loved all the ports but Harvest Caye was the best! The shore excursion at Cozumel to Playa Uvas was outstanding. The wait staff could not do enough for you. Food and drinks were really good. The snorkeling provided an experience to remember with lots of colorful and interesting fish with gorgeous coral. I will be traveling with Norwegian again!

BeachWe went to the YaYa Beach Club for an all inclusive beach day. Left after one hour. It was not clean. The beach had about 15 yards of thick seaweed so you couldn’t even get in the water.
