Our daughter has cruised this ship before and liked it. Liked the restaurants and entertainment. Did not like the smoky casino. Also, the elevator nearest us did not go to 5th floor. This was a major inconvenience. Would like to try another ship out of Port Canaveral.

Shore excursion folks could not help us in determining if excursions would accept a disabled person. Guest services did not know about access on shore excursions. This disability office did not help either. After docking at Cozumel we discovered we could have done an excursion after all.
