We chose this cruise because we wanted a warm climate to escape from the winter, because we had never seen this part of the world, and because we love Viking cruises.

We thoroughly enjoyed Key West, especially Truman’s Little White House. Our guide was excellent and made the rich history come alive. In Colon, Panama, we visited the Embera Native Village and were enthralled with the people and intrigued with their lives. Of course, seeing the Canal and marveling at the engineering genius of the locks as well as at the notion of the near impossible feat which was accomplished there by those who built it were trip highlights.

We have never been disappointed in a Viking cruise. We are vegetarians and the kitchen crew always makes sure we are well fed and happy with their offerings. The food is delicious and the presentation is exquisite!

Cabin Review

Cabin Deluxe Veranda

There were pros and cons to being on the back of the ship. In turbulent waters, the infinity pool above us often spilled over onto our deck. But, when we were going through the Panama Canal, we had one of the best seats in the house.
