My husband and I were on this Western Caribbean cruise and we had great weather, a lovely stateroom (1275 on deck 10), amazing food, plenty to drink, and really appreciated most of the staff. This was the cruise with the bus accident, and aside from one announcement that evening, they told the passengers nothing, even though they promised updates. The company did provide an hour of internet so folks could update families at home, which was good as we were "off the grid" for the week. After that, rumors of all kinds were shared and while some information was accurate, a lot was not and scared passengers.

We were Concierge level and in a great location, so our room was the traditional balcony with a couple upgrades. Having a pillow selection was appreciated as I preferred the foam one to the lumpy one we started with. Our room attendant was so accommodating to our requests.

We asked for the cheese tray appetizer in the afternoon instead of the canapes since I'm allergic to shellfish and virtually all of them included that. The cheese and fruit was actually pretty good! They also provide a bottle of sparkling wine in the room. It is warm. We were told that when we wanted it, they would bring a cold bottle, or we could take it to the MDR and they would pull out a cold one. The night we took it to the MDR, they were "out", so we had a different kind of wine that was also quite good.

Cabin C3

Our cabin was in a great location and we love having the balcony. The room had plenty of space and storage for us.
