The arrival at the port was quite well laid out and it was well run for embarkation and the staff very help full. I was traveling with someone in a wheelchair, and the ship staff didn't seem to have enough wheelchair assistance. Maybe Royal Caribbean could take a leaf out of P&O's procedure and get the portside staff take the wheelchair people onto the ship.
The cabin was comfortable and clean and because my companion has to have a dark room to sleep, we prefer the inside cabin.
We prefer to eat in the dinning room for every meal, and found the food enjoyable and the selection good. The highlight for us at meal times is the beautiful waiters and waitresses, their attention is impeccable to make sure everything is just right. The attention they gave my companion who is special needs and is non verbal just made her cruise, to the point we have another 2 booked on this ship before it leaves Australia for good. The staff performing most nights was another highlight we loved it and it gave us a chance to applaud them for their hard efforts.
Very clean enough space for us as we spend very little time in the cabin.
