Trip taken mainly to relax and do the canal transit. Ship came out of dry dock a day late and was not finished. There were A LOT of contractors still working on board throughout the cruise. Ship was not ready to go, staff was understaffed and too many in training.

Having said that, the crew did their best with what they had. Dinner staff was run off their feet and lines for anytime usually ran over an hour to seat. Once inside there were a lot of tables not in use ...probably due to the shortage of staff either on the floor or in the kitchen.

Changes to the Horizon while nice to see, presented poor walking traffic for exiting and getting water. Changes have been made in the cafeteria regarding getting juice and other items relying on service staff that were mainly non existent both for breakfast and lunch.

OK but tired. A/C blew cold all trip and blew black specs. Appeared HVAC was being worked on. Bed support was worn on side from wear. Steward was great !!!
