I chose the room 9132 because of the large balcony. I expected a level of service however did not receive it. The room was not clean and told the steward on more than one occasion. I shouldn't have had to say anything more than once but I was wrong.
I was looking forward to the comedy shows but just didn't find the comedians that funny. I did not see any of the shows.
I'm a non smoker but sound the casino was unbearable with smoke. I was looking forward to the waterfront and again could not go out there because of the smoke.

Large Balcony Stateroom
My first thought was dusty. Shower needed more cleaning. The room steward could never get our schedule down. There were ashes and matches on our balcony on more than one occasion. I don't smoke but apparently someone on a balcony close to mine does and had no regard for the no smoking on the balcony policy. I guess that's were the saying comes from. You get what you pay for.
I will cruise Norwegian again but not on a large ship.
