Overall, Viking provided a top notch experience. Lovely ship, very friendly staff, good food and we met some great co-passengers. Viking had EVERYTHING well organized and there were no glitches.

The staff were ALL very friendly and accommodating. We often took advantage of eating somewhat lighter fare in the Casual dining area in the front of the ship, which had outdoor seating. The food was very good in general.

It was Very relaxing to sit and watch the riverside slide by. The Only thing I wasn’t crazy about was going through the many locks— a bit claustrophobic. My husband didn’t seem to mind. Read more
