We booked this trip over a year ago, chose the room we wanted and we chose perfectly. We had room 324, it was one of the larger rooms, a bedroom and sitting room, two TVs, a much larger shower, very comfortable. The Stewart was in twice a day, restocking the fridge, changing the fruit tray out, replenishing the diet cola and water, he left the wine and champagne just in case we changed our minds and decided to have some.

The beds were comfortable and you could set the temperature for each room. The balcony was large enough for two to sit on, and a pair of binoculars were in the room.

There is a coffee station on the third floor just outside the lounge, several different coffee selections are available plus hot water for tea and hot chocolate. There is always pastries or cookies provided in baskets in case you get the nibbles during the day. The loung is where you meet up with fellow passengers and the cruise director each night, he runs through the next day’s activities and this is where you find out about the included excursions and optional excursions. We ate all our meals in the dining room, the breakfast had many selections to choose from, from porridge to scrambled eggs, fresh made omlets, toast, pastries, fruit, or you could order off a menu, French toast etc. For lunch they had soup, sandwiches, salads, at the buffet area there was usually a pasta dish, fresh made, or again, you could order off a menu, usually from a selection of two items. Dinner was fantastic, each night there was a different selection, or again you could order off the menu, I did have the steak a few times from the menu, as it was very delicious, ALWAYS a great dinner and the wait staff were fantastic, if you wanted to taste something from the menu, but you had taken the buffet, they brought it to you right away, always, ALWAYS there with water, wine, coffee anything you wanted, you got, can’t say enough good things about them

Cabin Review

Cabin Veranda suite

Fantastic! We wanted a larger room, and that’s exactly what we got. The shower is very large, lots of room - there are only 8 of these kinds of rooms on these ships, so if you are looking for more space, book early
