Our trip:

Houston to NYC: We left IAH (Houston’s larger International Airport… on the northeast side) October 24th, VERY late. Our 8:45am flight became a 2:07PM flight because of the weather in NYC! We arrived at La Guardia via United, around 6:05PM. We had checked bags, but by the time we got to the carouse, our luggage awaited us.

NYC Airporter: Cost for our one-way ride was $30.00/2 people (Pre-booked and paid). We looked for the NYC Airporter but had some trouble with that, until we asked for some help. So, for anyone else who has never done this, from the United luggage area; exit the doors to the pick-up area, cross the street and go to 12B (at least, that’s where we got our NYC AIRPORTER bus!) We got off the bus at the second stop and transferred to the Complimentary Shuttle, to the Homewood Suites (actually, we asked to be dropped at the Courtyard by Marriott… across the street at 207 W37th)… took about 45 total minutes.
