Was so looking forward to cruising with royal again, so disappointed with the staff! From top to bottom of the employee release, on board as well as corporate. All issues fell on deaf ears!!! What a disappointment. Was treat always like the customer was at fault and needed to prove our case. The mold in the hallway and public places were outrageous. The whole staff looked and acted like "if we ever get thru this tour we will be done for the season"!!! The excursions were the main attraction for my booking this ship, (and blowing thousands of dollars!), to be once again disappointed. I realize they are 3rd party bookings but wish royal would have tried harder to live up to their "royal" name. All were just cookie cut itinerary!!! Heck most of the guides didn't care if you got back to the ship or not! Really fell short of what could have been an awesome trip.

Ok, but I don't think my sheets were changed more than once on my 12 night cruise. Ughhhh
