We chose this cruise for the fantastic choice of ports. Mostly we booked our own excursions as we find Royal insanely overpriced. We did do the Rome excursion through royal, but it Wasn't a great experience for the cost. Excursions booked independently we're much more enjoyable and better planned.

We found very little entertainment options of interest. At sea days were very disappointing. All activities, seemed to be just selling, or promoting your products. Even bingo was a $30 cost, which I found very excessive.

You have a very beautiful ship, but very few events happening in a lot of the locations. Anything happening in the centrum was over crowded , with people standing everywhere, blocking the view of those few lucky enough to get seats. Why not move to some of the larger venues? On other cruise lines there were always so many events happening, that it was tough to decide which to do. Not on Brilliance, though.

Very well appointed, with plenty of space and storage. Very comfortable bed, and wonderful service from cabin attendant.
