I actually just took this cruise to take a break but I found out that it was way far better what I expected.Cruise staff was very friendly and entertaining.My wife really enjoyed even though we were not able to enjoy the swimming, it was the nature's issue. The weather was not fit to swim out doors.We highly commend a person name Jassica Sixson on Norwegian Gem as very well mannered,entertaining and jolly person.The cabin was clean all the time,cabin crew was very friendly and very accommodative.The best part we like was the nightly daily shows.I love Norwegian Cruise Line. I will continue to use Norwegian cruise line as long as I could avail its services.As I mentioned before the ground staff should be more educated and knowledgeable and should known what they do.It was a great expereince and keep up the good work. Consider to give better discount to the senior citizens.Requesting you to send me discount coupon to use for the future cruise.
