Went with a large group. An item of sentimental value was stolen from our room on the first night. Dresser drawer was broken. In room safe was broken. Had them fix it the first time. Then just hoped the thief didn't steal anything else the last 5 days. On board activities were minimal at best. The food was bland, and service was slow. Never did see my waiter for our first breakfast in the dining room, waited 45 minutes. Finally the coffee server took my order and 30 minutes later I had a cold omlet, cold hash browns and toast. Never went back for any other meals ! The staff seemed friendly enough. Although the Casino staff in the cashier box were very rude and abrupt. The windows were all dirty so seeing out of them were impossible. No entertainment outside of the theater and centrium. My wife purchased a gold bracelet from the gift shop and the person who took our order made it the wrong size. We had to go back 3 times for her to get it right, and every time she would look at us like we were an annoyance. She shorted us on the size the first two times. I kept asking her to just size it for what we paid for (charged by the length) The third visit the clasp wasn't working ! I would not recommend this cruise to any others.
