We chose this Royal because we booked it a year plus ago...with the Hurricane affecting our cruise and Royal making the decision to go western, we were not happy with their decision. I paid for an Eastern cruise and was NOT GIVEN the difference in price. Western caribbean cruises are always LESS than Eastern Caribbean cruises. The difference in price for this cruise was about 160.00...so tell me who gets this money...not me,,,take that amount times the number of guests on board our ship The Oasis, approx 6500 that equals to approx. $1,040.000.00 can someone tell me where does this money go??

It would of been nice to be given the opportunity to cancel or reschedule our cruise. Not being forced to go where we did not want to go to. I PAID FOR EASTERN CARIBBEAN, NOT WESTERN...AND YES, I DO UNDERSTAND PASSENGER SAFETY COMES FIRST, BUT STILL, YOU WANT ME TO BE LOYAL TO ROYAL AND THIS IS HOW WE ARE TREATED.

Also, we were seated in the main dining room around by families with kids.. Hey, I have nothing against kids, I have 3 adult children and 5 grandkids...but to be seated in a dining room full of families with kids screaming and yelling was too much to handle. I left all that behind here at home for some peace and quiet but no.......the parents didnt even try to settle them down. It totally ruined our dinner experience. My recommendation would be that ALL FAMILIES with children have a separate dining room and time..lets face it most of Royal''s ships have 3 level dining rooms...set one aside for families with kids..just like they do for MY TIME DINING...like I stated, it totally ruined our experience...
