This cruise was a college graduation present..

Where to begin; Embarking, much faster than three years ago. Staff at the terminal was very good and made the process flow smoothly. Once on board and got to our rooms everything was neat and tidy. We had a balcony for the first time and will probably always have a balcony from now on. It is wonderful to sit on your own deck and drink your morning coffee or have an evening drink. Service staff was excellent. Wayan was always checking to make sure everything was in order and we were pleased. He always had a smile on his face and always called us by name.

Dining, our first night we were seated at a table mid room, waiters were nice and food was very good. Second night we were seated on the opposite side of the dining room at a window table, here we met Karnita. What a pleasure it was that evening and every evening for the rest of our cruise. We requested Karnita each night and also had a window seat each night. After the first night with Karnita was our head waiter, he knew my tastes and would ask it I was having a certain menu item which was always the one I would have chosen. Cassandra was also very good. Wonderful attitude and just made our experience that much better. Mark is another fine example of the dining staff. Every evening as we were leaving he managed to be in just the right place to ask how everything was. His smile was contagious and so warm. The food on the ship was all very good. From the Pizza bar to the main dining room. Guy's Burgers were exceptional and the service was FAST. Lido deck was our choice for breakfast. The omelets are great. Lido was also where we ate lunch on most days the selects were numerous and food was also good. Staff always had a smile on their faces. Read more
