We choose this cruise for the itinerary. we like repositioning cruises. We've cruised with Princess before and had a good experience and good food. This time the food was terrible. The meat was tough, even in the Crown Grill. The dining room staff tried hard, but they need more training. They interrupt your conversation to take your order. They cross in front of you to clear the table. And the enrichment programs were almost non-existent. We like to play Trivia on the ship, but they repeated some of the same questions day after day. The three shore excursions we took with Princess went well. I have no complaints there. On sea day, I met up with some women and played Maj in the designated areas. But there was nothing to drink, no water, no ice tea, nothing. when we asked the waiters, who were getting ready for the evening meal they told us nothing was available. It would have to be an amazing itinerary for us to cruise with Princess again.
