From embarkation to disembarkation was excellent service, everything went smoothly, the organisation, the well clear notices to put your luggage, lovely clean cabin with a host (Jimmy) who was always available if needed. We ate in the Market Café for quickness and had a great choice of food any time of day, the fish night was amazing with succulent king prawns and fish for the first few days was fine. Then we found Versailles beautifully classic decorated with lovely white linen, the 3 course menu was amazing with steak on some nights, staff were friendly and very professional. The entertainment was very good with something going on all the time but the shows on an evening you could have been watching a West End /Broadway production, the costume were amazing really worth watching. Then there were the bars well the lads in the Bier Garten made our holiday, they made the best cocktails ever , great friendly and very welcoming and all worked well together so a huge thank you to Melvin , Norton and Dag your the ones that would make us Cruise with Norwegian Star again. Must mention the Guest Service Desk, always manned by lovely friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and if they didn't know the answer to your question they would out. All round a great ship with great well chosen staff
