It was both a birthday and wedding anniversary celebration. We wanted it to be special but did not want to share it with thousands of people. The service, tours, food, and fellow passengers insured we had a great and memorable time. We were very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, from the captain down to the waiters. The Entertainment Director did an outstanding job of making sure the excursions and tours were on-time and interesting. We also appreciated the "open seating" policy that allowed us to meet different fellow travelers throughout the cruise. We found the food and drink delightful, and enjoyed the extra effort to relate it to the areas we were cruising though. If we had to do it over we would only change one aspect of the trip. We regret not adding a day or two at both the embarkation point (Amsterdam) and the debarkation point (Budapest).

French Balcony

Cabin D

Excellent for its size.

Port Reviews

Nuremberg

Enjoyed getting the detailed insights of the WWII events and the post-war trials.

Regensburg

The biggest surprise tour of the cruise. Did not appreciate the great things about the city until taking the tour. One of the most overlooked cities in Europe.
