We love cruising as a family and were very interested in visiting Alaska via cruise. Our previous experiences on Holland America, Disney and Royal Caribbean have been excellent. We were incredibly disappointed however, with the attitude and lack of professionalism on this Celebrity cruise. The ship is dated and the staff acted as if we were bothering them. We had some of the newer Aqua Suites on level 11. The housekeeping staff continuously acted annoyed if we happened to be in the room when they wanted to clean or replenish our towels etc. The cabins included a wonderful healthy choices restaurant called Blu. Our boys are college athletes. They eat very healthy but on occasion, like a little extra side of protein. The eye rolls and attitude of the wait staff when the boys requested an extra chicken breast or steak were incredibly rude. Not to mention, the hours of the restaurant interfered with our excursions. The only notable part of this cruise was the very informative lectures by their local Alaskan expert.

Aqua Class

Cabin A1

A recent addition to the ship, so decent in terms of cleanliness. It was nice to have an uncovered balcony.
