My wife and I chose this cruise as our Anniversary Cruise after sailing on the Enchantment for our Honeymoon. This beautiful vessel did not disappoint at all. The Aquatheatre show was absolutely fantastic. Such an amazing performace. The live band in Dazzles was spectacular. On our last night, I was ordering a drink from the bar and singing along to the song, and the female lead pulled me onstage and let me lead the song solo... "Brick House by Rick James" What a great time. The Love and Marriage gameshow is always a blast and "The Quest" never disappoints. I was a little disappointed that certain events should have been in larger venues due to popularity. Karaoke was held in "On Air" on the Royal Promenade, but should have been held in a larger venue like Dazzles as you could not get in if you didn't get there super early. The zip line aboard was fun and I even got my wife to do it and she is afraid of heights. After doing the ship's zip-line, we booked the big one in Labadee. I am also just a little disappointed with the Main Dining Room's food and menu selection. We only ate in the main Dining Room maybe 2 of the 7 nights. The menu selection was not that great, and The Windjammer's selection and taste was far better. Solarium Bistro was our choice for 2 of our 7 nights, and it did not disappoint by a long shot. The food was superb. The embarkation and disembarkation was a very smooth process.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D4

Cabin was very adequate size. Our room attendant was very attentive, The Air condition seemed to have some challenges on days when the sun was on our side. Our room was Port side Aft and when the sun was on that side, even with the drapes pulled, it seemed to be a little warm in our cabin. So, because of this, we dared not venture out on the balcony even though we wanted to because opening the balcony door automatically shuts the AC unit off. We also were unaware that there is a master switch and two smaller switches for the painting nightlights and the main lights. Well I hit the master siwtch instead of the two smaller switches individually and it turned not only the lights off but the AC unit as well. Our room attendant explained this after the fact. So, heads up if you cruise Oasis.
