Previously cruised on the Allure of the Seas and loved the ship. So we picked the Oasis of the Seas. Ship was well designed and had good people flow. Making the show reservations in advance does make planning your time on the ship much easier. Used the My Time Dining again and it worked out we had the same table and waiters every night. And no waiting for our table. The check in process for boarding was smooth and efficient. We departed with our bags at 7:30 am and breezed off the ship. Customs is such a joke as they ask you nothing anymore and never look at your bags!

We enjoyed all of the shows, except we did not enjoy the stage show "Cats". Just had no insight what the show was about until after when we search google.

Wind Jammer food is just average. Pretty much the same food everyday. Only ate breakfast and lunch there. Lunch in the serenity area at the front of the ship was a limited buffet, but the food was good and you can get in and out in no time.

Cabin Review

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D2

A cabin with and ocean balcony was the way to go. We had connecting rooms and this particular cabin based on the ships design has the largest balcony. Cabin was clean, bathroom small but efficient. Just limited counter space, but made up by the closed in shelves.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

Went to Playa Mia Grand beach and resort via a taxi. $5 a person cab ride. Bought the excursion tickets at the port for $45. Nice beach. Lots of water play toys to climb on. Free floats, kayacks and chairs. Food was not very good but a terrific circus size tent shades the eating area. Pools were ok but nothing to rave about.
