We decided on this cruise for the America's Cup races taking place in Bermuda. We were greeted with friendly smiles and mimosas which was a great start to our cruise! However, this was short lived as moments later we were approached by a crew member asking us if we had purchased the drink package?, we politely said no. This same crew member asked us 12 more times within a 1 hour span of time if we would like to purchase the drink package, again NO! As we continued to explore the ship and came across the spa, where the hard selling continues. I understand wanting the guests to have the information about what's available but, ask once and that's it.

BE PREPARED TO BE HOUNDED OVER AND OVER.

The positives about this ship, the entertainment was AWESOME! The cruise director Chris Sweets was full of energy and genuinely seems to enjoy his job. The games that they played throughout the ship were a lot of fun too.
