i will begin with the only positive thing about this cruise. this was our state room attendant and the dinning room staff.

This ship is to big and i think that royal caribbean overbook it this pass week. the ship was with to manny passenger making it uncomfortable at some points. we had a really bad experience with one of the shore excursion and when we complaint about it they offer us some discount as if they were doing us a favor, and the complaint was about safety and quality of the excursion. Also was really hard to have a cold beer most of the time, the cooldest one i had was during dinner and on a bard that looks like an iris pub in the promenade, everywhere else they where below cold. i really will recommend any one thinking on going this ship or any other big one to think it twice.
