had been on the independent a few years ago and had a great time bad mistake this boat is stuck in a time capsule old and tired staff in customer service mostly bored and unhelpful the furniture in the windjammer was old and scruffy the food at all sittings was barely warm the staff in the restaurant seemed to be everywhere stepping on each others toes it was strange to see so many people offering assistance but really being left to sort myself out would have been more helpful would you like tea sir yes i say then one turns up with cream and not milk just agravating i still ended up getting my own tea when the boats at sea theres barely enough room for the boat load of people also every where you look somebody is offering to sell you something i bought a guiness which was about 8 pounds far far too much !
