The positive - Food was generally quite good. Specialty restaurants well above average. Rooms were slightly worn but spacious. Alaska post-tour Denali was well organized. The negative - Original bill (final payment before the trip) was incorrect. It required at least 10 calls to straighten out. Many people onboard had the same experience as I did with excursion services. Although we had paid and were confirmed for tours in advance, over and over those tour times were rescheduled coincide, forcing cancellation of many anticipated tours. While it is understandable for this to happen occasionally, the number of times it occurred and the number of people it involved led us to conclude that this was either done on purpose (to save Regent from paying for large numbers of people on the included tours) or the excursion staff is totally incompetent. Each day we were promised our refund for the extra charge tour we had booked that needed to be canceled would be credited that day. We were forced to waste endless time daily telling them it had not been received and requesting it again. We finally received it on the last day. We did not receive the $100 shipboard credit we had been promised. We were forced to call Regent booking and finally received it the last day. We had paid for transportation to the ship only to find our names were not on the list. When booking, we were promised free wifi for one account. That was not to be. While there were some good things about the ship, I could not recommend it, and I would not return to Regent.

Deluxe Suite

Cabin G

A little worn, but adequate in size with more than sufficient storage space. The bathroom is very nice. The room is conveniently located.
