We selected Harmony of the Seas so we could experience the biggest cruise ship in the world with our kids. The ship is very nice. The food is really what you expect on a cruise ship. There is lots of it. Quality varies, but when something isn't right the employees working in the restaurants always offer to help, so that is very nice.
Our Stateroom Attendant was Outstanding, Corazon Calixtro. The room was kept 100% clean all the time, she took time to greet us every morning and evening (but wasn't intrusive at all). She's a very hard worker and makes your experience top notch.
Other employees throughout the ship are all nice, but many gave us bad information so appear to be poorly trained. Often little things, but they add up. For example, I was told from an employee working in the photo section of the ship that the professional photographers weren't starting until 7:00 - 7:30 one night (because it wasn't a formal night), so we planned around that only to find they were all set up between 6:00 and 6:15 and we could have made better plans (impacting dinner and what we planned for the kids). Another time, again in the photo center (so where you'd expect them to know about the plans) I was told the photographers would be working on the last night (and it was the last day when I asked so you'd expect them to know that plans coming up in a few hours). We dressed up to get one last round of photos. Only to find out the photographers don't work at all on the last day.
Our cabin was just as expected. Our Stateroom Attendant was outstanding. Please give lots of praise, recognition and reward to: Corazon Calixtro. She's amazing.
Lots of fun at the Water Park
