Vacay 2017
Harmony of the Seas
Transfer-we had planned and paid for a transfer from the airport to the cruise terminal. This was a a mess....the lady at the airport terminal was rude and informed us that it would be at least an hour to get taken to the ship.. they had three ships in port and we would have to wait. When it was time to go... they called us over to go out the door.. to find several buses parked loading people. People everywhere!! We had no clue on which bus to get on. Do not waste your money.
Cabin-we got a virtual balcony inside stateroom 7420. This was a forward room. The cabin itself is beautiful and had plenty of storage. The virtual balcony was really cool. However, when asked about turning the sound on I was told they don't have it working yet. Bed was hard as a rock, but our steward put three extra blankets on the bed. It was good to go. The steward gave us outstanding service! There are no electrical plugs in the bathroom.
DO NOT BOOK THIS CABIN!!
From the minute the ship left port every couple of minutes it sounded and felt like we had ran into a iceberg! The entire cabin shook!!! If you were sitting in bed and had your head leaning against the head board.. your head bounced.. Our family was located four cabins down.. same type of cabin.. never had a problem. We had one night that was very choppy, 35-40 mph winds.. enough to close off all the outside entrances to the 15th and 16th floor. You could not go outside. Our cabin sounded and felt like we were getting bombed! Forget sleeping.
(Ship was full so no changing cabins)
