My husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The Jade is a beautiful ship however, the employees are just going through the motions. They are not friendly and service is just basic. Even in the Grand Pacific, the waiters hardly even speak to you and they don't seem happy to be there. The entertainment was outstanding and "Elements" is a show you don't want to miss. Cruise Director "Dan" is awesome and high energy! Don't try and go to the pool unless you go at 6:30am. Chairs are held all day by people who don't show up and Norwegian does nothing. I spoke with staff on two different occasions and watched two people almost fight over the chairs. My husband got up at 6:30am on our last day so that we could finally get a chair. Food was great in the Grand Pacific , but nothing special about the others.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Oceanview Picture Window

Cabin OB

This cabin is below so much noise at night. I think it was a kitchen or service area above so if you are a light sleeper this is not for you. The size of the cabin is great as is the picture window. Our cabin steward was also nice.

Port Reviews

Costa Maya

Stayed in port and went to the shops and pool. Had a great massage here for a great price!

Roatan

Our favorite place on the entire trip! Great island, food and people.
