This was our very first cruise and we could not be any happier. The ship is huge and was filled to capacity but we always got to do what we wanted or found space. I will say the only place we felt crowded was at the Buffet. Hard to get a table but we always got one and the staff was quick to clean. The food there was cold some of the time but we tried not to eat there much. We loved the Manhattan Room and never waited. We did pre pay for a 3 meal plan for the specialty dining and it was very much worth it. I suggest making reservations as soon as you can. Ours were made months before we sailed. Cagney's steak House and Teppanyaki were very good. We had sushi at Wasabi for lunch one day al la carte and it was not very expensive and very very good. Every bartender was nice but the ones at Mixx bar exceptional say hello to Anthony! We also paid for the Thermal suit it is rather expensive but it is nice and very big. We used it every day as we did not want to fight the outside pool crowds and my husband and I are not great with the sun so for us worth every penny. Just so you know the pools are rather small and there is an adult only pool and one child pool. The slides looked really fun. My son loved them. We used one of our specialty dining to see the Cirque Dreams show. The food was ok but the show was wonderful and very much worth it. We also saw Rock of Ages and it was great the performers wonderful. As far as entertainment do not miss the guys at Howl at the Moon. Fantastic time!! And bring a few bills to tip to get your songs played faster though you do not have to tip. But you should they are worth it.

I would like to comment on the teen hang out and club Entourage. I could not go in so I cannot personally vouch for it but my 14 year old son loved it and made a ton of friend. The teen staff kept them busy and happy that we did not see him except for breakfast and dinner. When I don't have to entertain my child or even see him it's a good vacation!! OK the bad to bring up. I am not very happy about how the arcade games are run. You swipe your room card and the charge gets put on your on board acct. So at the end of the cruise there are 50 or whatever amount of single $1, $2 or whatever price charges. It's very hard to limit your child or even know yourself how much you are spending. it would be nice if you could buy a prepay card for arcade games so when you tell your child you have $50 for the whole cruise on this card when it's gone it's gone. Or well you can close out the child's room card when he/she reaches the amount but who wants to check their on board acct every day? Anyway that was my biggest complaint.

We enjoyed Nassau and went to the Atlantis resort. We waited a bit too long to get from the boat to the resort and then from the bus to start using the resort but once all that was over it was nice just annoying. Had a lovely time at NASA when at FL. We never did make it to the private island because of ruff seas so that was disappointing but I hear common so know that before you go. Anyway I would love to sail the Breakaway again but maybe go to Bermuda instead. I highly recommend this ship.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom

Cabin BB

Small but that is to be expected. But the 3 of us felt comfortable and the balcony was nice with a big sliding glass door.
