Food is mediocre, hard to find regular hot breakfast food(pancakes, french toast without raisins) Desserts weren't that great. Food selection was okay. I was annoyed with the constant need to make reservations for shows, lines made regardless of reservations. Point of a vacation is not have to worry about things like this, you should be able to see whats going on for the day and determine if you want to go or not, you had to make reservations in days advance for almost EVERY SINGLE SHOW. Not enough free shows all shows were repetitive. I also didn't appreciate being notified day before port about needing to reserve a tender, when reservations were available 4days prior. Unless you purchase an excursion you wont get off until maybe 4 hours before it docks again. Not enough excursions available for the amount of people on the ship. I also really didnt enjoy the small pools, and lack of tanning space on the main decks. The ship's theme was NY, i didn't appreciate that. I was trying to get away from NY, not feel like i was in NY again. They lacked customer service, more commercial than anything, after ice cold months in NY, the main "cool" bar..was an Ice bar, and though i did it just to make the most of the time on the ship, I found it to be ridiculous.

The arcade is really nice, the presentation of the ship is beautiful, the technology with the app and activity to your room is really impressive and helpful with navigating the itinerary for the day. Activities offered for kids is impressive, youth program has the best staff ever!

I really enjoy the "washy washy, happy, happy slogan" they are extremely germ conscious on this ship.

Cabin Review

Large Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B6

Room was spacious, however, beds were uncomfortable, both twins bed( made into one queen) kept separating. I had to put a towel between the closet doors because of the constant banging when the ship moved. and the hanging had to be unhung, they were annoying at night sounding like bells jiggling. The closet is right next to the bed, so the noises may seem louder.
