Sail Date: Feb 2017
Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

I have sailed Princess from the early 90's and believed they were one of the best cruise lines until this last voyage on board the Royal Princess. The dining room food was no where near the quality or presentation that they have been known for. There was a lack of any activity planned on the upper decks so I would give the cruise director a D- for planning. We were looking forward to a fantastic vacation as we have had on all of our other cruises and was totally dissatisfied. I called and emailed Princess to voice my opinion of the terrible time we had with them and to get some kind of idea on why the awful change in the way they are now doing business but I have not heard back from them. Looks like this is the new future of Princess and it will be the last cruise we will be taking with Princess. Inquiries at Princess seem to go unanswered!
