Rhapsody is one of Royal Caribbean smaller ship it doesn't offer amenities such as bumper car, skating rink or slides at the pool that the bigger ships offer, but it has a warm friendly atmosphere that is priceless. The service that we received was exceptional. All the staff that we interacted with were friendly and courteous. Ram (the person who cleaned our room), Devon, Nilesh (who always have a smile) and Emmine, who worked in Edelweiss and dock 9 were all outstanding. They took time to know our personal preferences. For example, I like to have a cup of mint tea at the end of my meal. Before I could even ask, my tea was presented to me. The service was exceptional. The staff event took the time to prepare a special island style mean for my family on our final night of dining! It was a welcome surprise and made us feel so very special!
