We thought it would be a nice change from our usual Princess cruises to go on another cruise line. From check in to leaving it was one big horror trip. Our bags were riffled through before delivery to our room. Some things were stolen out of it too. It took us from the first day to the very last day (embarkation) trying to get an answer as to who did the theft, why nothing was done and why we were not compensated for the lossed items .Reception staff looked at us with total contempt as if to say 'How dare you make a complaint'!

Our room bathroom was mouldy and the basin sink was badly cracked with mould everywhere.

The food was inedible. Went to the anytime dining restaurant and we ordered a meat dish (corn beef) when it was presented to us it was a solid piece of fat covered over with a green gravy. My friend threw up eating her meal. I declined it.It must be said this is the first cruise I actually lost weight as we declined breakfast and lunch. The Nouvelle (spelling?) was our only saving grace but at $90++ for the 2 of us it became just too much.

Cabin Review

Cabin balcony suite

Asked for two twin beds got queen bed instead.

Eman was great (room steward). If it wasn't for him we would of jumped ship long ago.
