Friends wanted to visit us in FL and then go on a cruise to celebrate their anniversary. They picked this cruise since they had never been to Roatan. Unfortunately, about 4 hours after leaving Ft. Lauderdale, the ship had to turn around due to an extreme medical emergency. As a result, we never made it to Roatan but went to Costa Maya (our least favorite port) instead. We were advised that the passenger was in good condition in a Miami Hospital, so that was good news.
We've been on MANY cruises....this was our 36th on Princess, our favorite cruise line. The ship is beautiful, well maintained, with superior service. I really only have one complaint about Princess as compared to other cruise lines...they don't enforce the dress code in the MDR, even on formal night we had men in shorts and tee shirts allowed in for dinner. We've been on other lines where we have seen them tell people to either change or go to the buffet.
In the MDR, Princess excels with my wife's meals. She can't have gluten, dairy, egg yolks, or tomato....and yet the chef comes up with these fantastic desserts for her, a different one every night.

Typical Princess balcony cabin. Adequate room, adequate storage, not a large balcony
