My wife and I are platinum latitude cruisers with NCL we were very disappointment with this cruise. The first issue was the balcony size it was extremely small I noticed that all the balconies were the same size. In the past passengers were able to take sodas and water on board or when at port purchase them and take them on board no longer NCL will not let you take them on board. On other ships there were laundry mats so passengers could do laundry them self's not on the Getaway. If you use the ships laundry service turn in on Tuesday get back on Friday why use it. Ordering Room Service was free up until midnight then a $2.00 charge now $7.95 any time you order. Main Dining Room in the past there was a lobster night which was free in the main dining room now you have the left side of the menu for your free choices and on the right side you can opt to pay for your lobster along with some other choices we did not eat in the main dining room once the entire cruise.

The Getaway didn't have any elevators mid ship depending on what deck you were on you had to go aft of forward to like the pool deck cross the ship to the other elevator to go to a lower deck or walk thru the narrow hallways to get to the other elevator.

Had a very good room Stewart kept the room clean and made up got us anything we asked for. The Buffet was not designed very well hard to get thru to find what you might want. A lot of the entertainment you had to make reservations for these were the free ones example the comedy club went to go see they asked if we had reservations said no they said we would have to wait until those with reservations showed up to see if there was any room left.
