AWFUL: PADI service. We understand the policy of not serving kids under 12 years old. What it is unacceptable is that the guy from South Africa in charge does not help in contacting other PADI centers to facilitate diving to families with children under 12. “Go online and search” is a rude answer and definitely not a Royal Caribbean style answer. We lost the opportunity of diving in 3 islands.

ROOM TO IMPROVE:

1. Mattresses: Please include foam pads for back pain sufferers. Mattresses are too hard.

Cabin Review

Cabin 8673

Ramon was an amazing attendant. He figured it out to solve the problem of the very bad quality mattresses in the ship and make my trip more pleasant. The quality of the mattresses and pillows has declined and can be improved.
