Enjoyed the fantastic Haven suite 14012. Our butler, Walter was amazing! So helpful and professional. It was wonderful to come back to the room and see his smiling face; as if you were coming home. Benjamin, our cabin attendant was also very friendly. Our suite was constantly being tidied...like magic! Used the spa and the Haven courtyard a lot. It's so quiet. Very relaxing. Others have said that this spa was very small compared to other ships. Loy took care of us in the courtyard for meals and drinks. Also a very hard worker. Everyone is amazingly friendly. Honestly friendly and open.
Loved all the restaurants. Cagneys and Le Bistro is beyond your expectations! Menu is so delightful. Hardly any room for dessert.
Enjoyed the shows every night. Their new Boots and Hearts show is really well done. The entertainment crew work hard on this ship and you'll often see them in port. Very funny and friendly.
Cabin Review
Haven suites make you feel like you're in a luxury hotel. The are quiet and well serviced. Beautiful bathrooms. Nice to have a bath or shower and gaze at the ocean or watch tv in the tub. Having the dining room with the coffee bar gives a spacious feel to room service. Beds, linens and toiletries are all upgraded. Ask for the pillow menu for an even bettter sleep.

Untouched beauty. Beautiful beach. Need to get a better variety of shops. Very pricey for Belize.
Roatan
Never impressed with Roatan. Not very friendly.
Costa Maya
Cute clean shops. Fun place eith great cheap beaches. Fav spot on cruise.
Cozumel
Great shopping. Lots to see and do. You can spend all day haggling. Lol.
Tampa
Small port terminal. Nothing like Miami. Expect a wait disembarking because they only have one elevator. They won't let you on the escalator if you have suitcases.
