Norwegian Jade is such a beautiful ship and is impeccably maintained. We had read on other reviews that the ship was old and outdated. Do not believe those other reviews.
Our Mini Suite was very nice and roomy with a very large balcony
Our dining experience was wonderful every day. The ship was 100% full and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated at any of the dining rooms or restaurants. The garden Café buffet had amazing varieties of fresh tasting dishes at all meal times and I never once saw a line at either breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. The Grand Pacific main dining room is like eating in a 5 star restaurant. The staff are very friendly and there is a great variety items to choose from on the menu every night. We especially loved being pampered there for breakfast each morning. The second Dining room is called the Alizar and is also a very fancy dining room with excellent food and friendly service. We ate one night at the famous Cagney's steakhouse. This is a must if you are a steak lover. Wonderful food and service. We also loved the Blue Lagoon restaurant that was open 24/7 and served all types of comfort foods. They served potato skins to die for.
Cabin Review
Aft-Facing Mini-Suite with Balcony
We stayed in a beautiful mini suite with a very large balcony and a King size bed. Our cabin was very large compared to what we have experienced on other Cruise lines. Our bathroom was a very nice size with a large bathtub and shower. The room was very clean and fresh with lots of storage space. The only complaint we had about the room was the limited amount of TV channels available. Our Cabin Stewart was wonderful and did an amazing Job and always went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we needed.
