We chose this cruise because we have never been to New York when we embarked and got to the cabin there was dust all on the ledges mirrors not cleaned lots of things wrong over the 13 days. 6 sea days with not much to do in the day time.Evening shows good.

Service in bars bad not enough staff most times you had to go to the bar then they have the cheek to charge you 18% service charge. Got to Boston what a mess that was we were told we would be called by our muster station number to go through immigration 6 officers for over 5000 people we were due to go at 10 30amgot through immigration at 3 15pm so no time to get off the ship there were loads of us that never got off. We booked a open top bus trip in Miami bus tour then drop off at the airport 3 hrs later we were still waiting for our luggage off the ship so missed this trip. The dining room staff were the best always happy food not up tp previous standard this has been our 6th cruise with this company and our last

Drinks were stupid prices $24for two drinks if you brought drinks package it worked out about $1600 for a couple. New York was hectic very interesting plus very warm.
